By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

- Data Backup: While we aim to maintain a reliable and secure platform, BrokerBalance.com does not guarantee the preservation or integrity of any data you upload to the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Use of the Service is at your own risk, and BrokerBalance.com will not be held liable for any loss of data.
- Security: Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. BrokerBalance.com is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account due to weak or compromised credentials.

BrokerBalance.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

13. Warnings and User Acknowledgement
- Risk of Data Loss: By using the Service, you acknowledge that data stored in the cloud can be subject to loss or corruption, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your data is properly backed up outside of the Service.
- Use at Your Own Risk: You agree that you are using the Service at your own risk, and BrokerBalance.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that may arise from the use of the Service.
